Yoga classes at Casa Alessa are designed to encompass several aspects of Yoga practise. Lisa & Alex are both 200 RYA Yoga Teachers and as such, share the teaching of classes often with both in attendance so that they can offer you more support and guidance throughout.
The class itself is 1hr 15mins long and is usually a hatha style of class including warm up, breathing techniques, asana practise, meditation and relaxation. That said, sometimes the class may take the style of a Yin Yoga Class from time to time and as relevant to attendees.
All classes will be suitable for all ages and levels of fitness, and equally will be tailored to suit the experience of those in attendance. Lisa & Alex will ensure that those with a depth of Yoga experience can be challenged and progressed, whilst those newer to Yoga can be nurtured and developed more gently.
